Jobs at Redeemer

Seek first the kingdom of God.

Redeemer Church is on mission to make disciples and plant churches. We’re looking for passionate, gifted people to join the team doing it.

We work hard, laugh often, and genuinely believe that what we do every day has eternal significance. If you want a job where the stakes are high, the community is life-giving, and the gospel is at the center of everything, you might just belong here.

Redeemer Staff Distinctives

Christians first, staff second

Our primary identity is not in our role, title, performance, or season of life—but in Christ. We serve from our salvation, not for it.

High Integrity, High EQ

We strive for Christ-honoring holiness, honesty, and self-awareness. Because of the gospel of grace, we can embrace vulnerability as we get to know ourselves & others.

Joyful teammates & servant-leaders

Our attitudes, physical presence, and heart postures are all bent towards the joy we have in serving God, serving each other, and serving the church.

Owners, Not employees

Regardless of our title, we carry an ownership mindset in all things. This isn't just another job, but stewarding God's work.

Gospel-Centered & mission-minded

The gospel isn't the dividing board, it's the pool. In all that we do, we aim to make disciples and plant churches.

Love the church & love the city

We are mindful to live out our identity as those who represent Redeemer Church in both public and private places—speaking words of life and affirmation.

All in

Our calling is to be living sacrifices unto God. We hold nothing back as we live on mission for Christ's Kingdom and the gospel.
