

Dayton earned an M.A. of Global Apologetics from Liberty University, and a Ph.D. in Church and Dogma History from North-West University (Potchefstroom). He serves as an adjunct faculty member for Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (Wake Forest, NC) and Columbia International University (Columbia, SC). He is also the author of multiple books. Dayton and his wife, Rebekah, have four sons.


Micah was born and raised in California and has a B.A. in Liberal Studies from The Master's University. Micah lives in Rocky Mount with his wife Abbie and their four children.


Tim was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to the United States in 2016. He completed his B.S. in Education online at Liberty University. Tim lives in Rocky Mount with his wife, Whitney, and their two daughters.


Chris and Laura were members of the founding core team of Redeemer Church. Chris serves at Faith Christian School where he teaches bible classes. Chris and Laura live in Rocky Mount with their two children.


Rich is a native Floridian (Go Gators!) who relocated to Rocky Mount to become a State Farm Agent. He is also the Teaching Leader of the local Bible Study Fellowship class. Rich graduated from Wofford College with a B.A. in Business Economics. He and his wife, Shanon, are proud parents of daughters Catherine and Alex.


Morgan was born and raised in Rocky Mount, NC. For the past 12 years, Morgan has been working as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Morgan has been deeply drawn to the kid’s ministry at Redeemer and feels a strong calling to be a part of it. Morgan lives in Nashville, NC with her husband, Ted, and her two children, Riley and Levi.


Gray was born and raised in Rocky Mount and attended ECU for undergraduate. Prior to joining the Redeemer Team, she served in a school setting for 9 years. Gray's family joined Redeemer shortly after the church was planted. She has loved serving in Redeemer Kids and watching the church grow. Gray and her husband, Tre, have 3 boys.


Nick was born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. After graduating high school, he spent three years traveling with Life Action Ministries, gaining valuable ministry experience. He has since worked in a variety of blue-collar jobs before joining the staff at Redeemer. Nick lives in Rocky Mount, with his wife, Hayley, and their son, Oakley.


Austin was born and raised in Salem, Oregon. With a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Austin spent several years as a professional engineer. Now he spends his time in contracting and remodeling. He and his wife, Janelle, live in Bailey with their four kids.


Luke was born and raised in Minnesota before moving to North Carolina in 2015, where he proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He earned his B.S. in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication. Luke and his wife, Victoria, live in Nashville and are excited to have just received their first foster care placement.


Robert is a Rocky Mount native who moved to Montana for college, where he met his wife, Kelsey, at Montana State University - Go Cats! Together, they spent ten years on staff with Cru at MSU, sharing the gospel and making disciples among college students. Robert and Kelsey recently returned to Rocky Mount with their three sons, and as a family, they love spending time outdoors.


Paul is originally from St. Louis, Missouri and earned a Master of Divinity from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Emma, now live in Rocky Mount.


Elizabeth grew up in Raleigh and attended UNC-Greensboro for undergraduate. She spent almost a decade in the classroom prior to joining the Redeemer Team. Elizabeth lives in Rocky Mount with her husband, Will, and their two daughters.

Logan was born in Omaha, Nebraska and attended Liberty University where he got his Bachelors degree in Business Administration. He and his wife, Caley, have been members of Redeemer since 2021. Logan and his family lived in Thailand for two years where they served in sports and college ministry. Their desire is to go back overseas with the IMB as career missionaries once Logan completes seminary courses. Logan loves traveling and spending time with family.


Sam grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and attended Bible College in Murrieta, California, where he met his wife, Cree. Since then, Sam has completed a three-year pastoral residency in Chicago, and is now preparing, with the support of Redeemer, to plant a church next year.
