Serving is where you’ll make some of your greatest friendships, be part of how Christ is working at Redeemer, and discover the unique ways God has gifted you. Whether you’re great with kids, love tech, or brew an amazing pot of coffee, there’s a place for you to jump in and make Redeemer a welcoming place for everyone.

Your first step toward jumping into serving at Redeemer is The Weekender - Friday night and Sunday morning event designed to introduce you to who we are, what we believe, and how God can use your gifts here. This is your chance to learn how to get involved, ask questions, and learn about next steps in community.
Be a part of helping the next generation build the foundation of their faith! Redeemer Kids is designed to engage kids in meaningful worship, play, and teaching. Here are a few ways you can make a difference:
From babies to 5th grade, being a classroom allows you the opportunity to build relationships with kids that can point them to the gospel when their lives are being shaped the most!
Service Leaders help welcome First Time Families, and are considered the point-people to ensure that Redeemer Kids runs smoothly each Sunday.

Redeemer Students exists to see every student love and follow Jesus. Walk alongside our students as they embrace the mission that Christ has given them.
These leaders engage students in a way that makes them feel known, loved, and excited to come back to Redeemer Students. They help lead discussion, encourage our teens, and show genuine interest in and care for their lives.

Our Connect Team is often a guest’s first impression of Redeemer - making them feel welcome from the moment that they turn into the parking lot. This team excels at ear-to-ear smiles, friendly conversations, always knowing where an open seat is, and making sure each person feels seen, valued, and ready to encounter Jesus.
Even the most extreme introverts want to feel noticed and valued. Serving as a Greeter is about welcoming those who come for the first time or the five hundredth time.
A friendly smile and clear directions help people feel confident in visiting Redeemer for the first time. Church begins in the parking lot!
This team arrives before service and brews all of the coffee for the morning and to make sure each coffee cart is stocked with the essentials! Nothing says “welcome,” like a cup of hot coffee.
With our overflow parking at Target, shuttle drivers make sure everyone makes it safely up to our building in time for worship. This team is often the first to set the tone over an encouraging conversation as they make the short trip up the hill to Redeemer.

The Safety Team provides a safe, caring environment for everyone at Redeemer. If you have a background in security or medical response, this team is a great place to make an impact.

Help lead our church into meaningful worship, creating a space where people can connect with God. If you’re musically gifted or have a experience in A/V, there’s a place for you to help make gatherings powerful.
The band leads our congregation in worship each week. If you play drums, bass, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, piano/keys, or sing, then this opportunity may be a good fit for you.
Our team in the sound booth manages all audio and visual aspects of our Sunday gatherings. From Pro Presenter, to lights, sound, and the camera, the media team ensures that the in-person experience, as well as the recordings, run seamlessly.

From serving food at The Weekender to serving the Cultivate Cohort of pastors, the people on this team are pros at all things hospitality!

While much of our serving roles take place on Sunday mornings, this team spends time each week to help prepare for the weekend ahead! The Weekday Team writes notes to First Time Guests, help prepare for events like The Weekender, restocks coffee carts, and sets the Connect Team up for success on Sunday. They even clean all of the Redeemer Kids toys! Be a part of preparing for Sunday gatherings.

Serving isn’t just about filling a role - it’s about stepping into a purpose. When you serve at Redeemer, you’re joining a family of people who believe that every act of kindness, every smile, and every moment spent helping others reflects the love of Jesus. No matter your skills or experience, there’s a place for you here, and there’s no telling how God will use you to make an impact.
