Dr. Dayton Hartman
Lead Pastor
Dayton earned an M.A. of Global Apologetics from Liberty University, and a Ph.D. in Church and Dogma History from North-West University (Potchefstroom). He serves as on adjunct faculty for Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (Wake Forest, NC) , Grimké Seminary, and Columbia International University (Columbia, SC). He is also the author of multiple books. Dayton and his wife Rebekah have four sons.
Tim Sia
Pastor to Students
Tim was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to the United States in 2016. He completed his B.S. in Education online at Liberty University. Tim lives in Rocky Mount with his wife Whitney and their two daughters.
Lemanuel Williams
Lay Pastor
Lemanuel is the Executive Director of Building Shalom. His wife, Sarah, serves on staff as our early childhood coordinator. Lemanuel and Sarah live in Rocky Mount with their two children.
Chris Schank
Lay Pastor
Chris and Laura were members of the founding core team of Redeemer Church. Chris serves at Faith Christian School where he teaches bible classes. Chris and Laura live in Rocky Mount with their two children.
Rich Cheney
Lay Pastor
Rich is a native Floridian (Go Gators!) who relocated to Rocky Mount to become a State Farm Agent. He is also the Teaching Leader of the local Bible Study Fellowship class. Rich graduated from Wofford College with a B.A. in Business Economics. He and his wife Shanon are proud parents of daughters Catherine (married to Alex) and Alex.
Weston Noyes
Director of Operations
Weston was born in Missouri and spent his younger years moving around the Midwest. In 2021 Weston moved to Rocky Mount to become the Director of Discipleship at Redeemer. He holds an MDiv from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Weston lives in Rocky Mount with his wife Kayla and their son.
Micah Dixon
Director of Worship & Creative Arts
Micah was born in California and has a B.A. in Liberal Studies from The Master's University. Micah lives in Rocky Mount with his wife Abbie and their three children.
Harper Compton
Director of Ministries
Harper grew up in Winston-Salem, NC and has a B.S. of Religion from Liberty University. He has been in ministry since 2010 and moved to Rocky Mount in 2023 to become the Director Ministries at Redeemer. Harper and his wife Sydney have four children.
Ivy Averette
Redeemer Kids Director
Ivy has spent the last 7 years working in childcare, growing her love and understanding of school-age children. Ivy lives in Nashville, NC with her husband, Ethan, their two children.
Sarah Williams
Redeemer Kids Early Childhood Coordinator
Sarah Williams has a M.A. in Biblical Counseling and a M.A. in Ministry Leadership from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and has spent the last eight years working with children. She lives in Rocky Mount with her husband, Lemanuel, and their two kids.
Alyssa Arthur
Connect and Assimilation Coordinator/Office Admin
Alyssa works as our office admin in addition to our Redeemer Students and Discipleship Ministries. She earned a bachelors degree in Religious Studies from NC State and Master's in Christian Education at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. She lives in Nashville NC with her husband Carson.
